If fishing is your thing . . .Round Lake is widely known for JUMBO PERCH, and WALLEYE, as well as PAN FISH, NORTHERN PIKE and 'THE KING' of fresh water fish - MUSKY!

There are more than 500 brush shelter fish refugees which have produced an abundance of one to two pound perch. Being a water with large expanses of deep weed beds at and on the drop-offs, the walleye and jumbo perch are attracted to these areas in abundance during spring and fall months, or at night in the summer.

In addition, blue gills and northern provide excellent sport and good eatin' out of these cool, clear, spring fed waters. Big Round has produced two Wisconsin State Record Musky. We are located near one of the prime fishing spots Big Round has to offer, in Musky Bay.  Be it open water or on the ice Round Lake fishing is some of the finest in the Hayward area.

Being cold, clear and deep this lake offers some excellent snorkel and scuba opportunites and is a favorite for all around water sports.  Motor boating, kayak, canoe or a sail around the lake, these waters deliver!  Sunset cruises on a pontoon can't be beat.  Pull up and dock at two dining offerings . . . DJ's Dock and Famous Daves.
